Cooking Tips:
BBQ: Sear both sides, then cook over indirect heat for 20–25 mins (medium). Rest well.
Pan: Sear all sides, then finish in the oven at 180°C for 10–15 mins.
Air Fryer: Cook at 190°C for 15–18 mins depending on size. Slice thin.
