Cooking Tips:
Air Fryer: Preheat to 180°C (360°F). Cook ribs for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through. Brush with extra marinade or a honey-soy mix in the final 5 minutes for a sticky finish.
BBQ: Cook on indirect heat (lid closed) for 45–60 minutes, turning occasionally. Finish over direct heat to caramelise and crisp up the edges. Baste during the last 10 minutes for that classic BBQ glaze.
